Step-by-step video guides to help you get the most out of the Chickpea Omics Explorer
Navigation Tutorial
- Open the Chickpea Omics Explorer in your browser.
- Use the top navigation bar to switch between the main analysis pages.
- The About Us dropdown provides supplementary pages: Statistics, Citations, Glossary, and Tutorials.
- The COE-AI chatbot in the top bar gives AI-powered assistance for any query.
Registration & Login
- Navigate to the Login page using the button in the top-right corner.
- New users click Register and fill in the required details.
- Log in using your registered credentials.
- Registered users unlock additional search functionality and personalised features.
Single Search Tutorial
- Navigate to the Search page from the navigation bar.
- Enter the Gene ID or NCBI ID in the input field when prompted.
- Click the Start button to begin the analysis task.
- Wait for the task to complete and view the results displayed on-screen.
Multi Search Tutorial
- Navigate to the Search page from the navigation bar.
- Enter multiple Gene IDs or NCBI IDs separated by commas or new lines.
- Click the Start button to begin processing all searches.
- Wait for the searches to complete and view the combined results displayed on-screen.
